Symptoms
After an employee submits their benefit choices during benefits enrollment and chooses to view the Statement. When employee views the online Statement, the medical plan is not showing. When the employee chooses to view the print version, the medical plan is showing.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an employee and select the Open Enrollment Tile from Employee Self Service.
2. Make some Benefit elections and click submit.
3. Select to View the Statement and compare this Statement to when the Print view is selected to see that one plan is not displayed online where it is when it is printed.
