Unable to Search Students When the Primary Name Is Inactive (Doc ID 3009030.1)

Symptoms

 When the user attempts to inactivate the student's Primary Name and then search, No matching values were found.

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Main Menu > Campus Community > Personal Information > Add/Update a Person
  2. Search Student ID
  3. Click on the Names Link
  4. Change the Status to Inactive
  5. Click Submit and then OK
  6. Save the Changes
  7. Click Return to Search
  8. Search the Student ID
