ELM: After Clicking Return to Search Button from Maintain Classes Page, Receive a Message “No Matching Values Were Found” and No Results Returned on Page (Doc ID 3009769.1)

Symptoms


From Maintain Classes search page, if click search button, results return and able to click the Class link and open a class.
However, if click Return to Search button, and enter the same Class Name or same Class Code, receive a message “No matching values were found” and no results returned.

Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Keywords
Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Categories
Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Courses
Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Delivery Methods
Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Classes



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as an Learning Environment Administrator
2. Navigate to fluid Talent Administrator dashboard > Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Classes
3. click Search button, notice results returned
4. click on a class in the results.
5. click the Return to Search button.
6. enter the same class name and click Search button, notice receive a message No matching values were found” and no results returned.
