Symptoms


As an Administrator when adding planned Supplemental Learning, Supplemental Learning page receives an error message:

The first operand of the dot operator is the NULL value, indicating the lack of any object value. As a consequence, the given method or property cannot be used.


Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigation: Talent Administrator home page > Enterprise Learning Tile > Learner Task > Add Supplemental Learning
3. Search for Learner
4. Click on Add button, Select Type - For example: Conference
5. Click on Continue button.
6. Enter required fields,
  Title
  Description
  Ensure Status is Planned:
  Start date in the future 
  End date same as start date
  Provided by
  Location

7. Save button

8 Select Default Learning Plan, Target Completion Date and click Save button, receive an error message.
