The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

b. Ensure service operation WORKFORCE_SYNC is active and integrated between HCM and ELM.

1. In ELM, Log in as Learner and enroll in class with EMPL_RCD =2 (CWR) .
2. Then, Log in as Learning Administrator and navigate Talent Administrator dashboard > Enterprise Learning tile,
3. click the Administer Class Roster and search for the Class to verify Learner on Administer Class Roster for the Class Roster and Learning Component Roster.
4. In HCM Terminate the Learner from EMPL_RCD =2 (CWR), which publishes message WORKFORCE_SYNC
5. In ELM, once WORKFORCE_SYNC message is subscribed and in Done status, run Process Asynchronous Data, successfully
6. In ELM, navigate Enterprise Learning > User Profiles > Internal Learners and verify Learner is Active for EMPL_RCD =0 and Inactive for (EMPL_RCD (CWR).
7. Then, navigate to Talent Administrator dashboard > Enterprise Learning tile,
8. click the Administer Class Roster and search for the Class, notice Learner no longer on the Class Roster and Learning Component Roster.
