E-AWE: Approval Email Notifications not Sent After FSCM PUM 49 Upgrade and Converting to Notification Composer

Symptoms
After upgrading FSCM 9.2 application to PUM 49, and converting to Notifications Composer, all approval email notifications are no longer being sent or received. Customer has converted to the new Notification Composer using the "Preserve Existing AWE Configuration" option using Change Assistant as documented in PeopleSoft Notification Composer Change Assistant Steps (Doc ID 2960049.1)

1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Notification Composer > Compose Notification and create any notification.
2. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Notification Composer > Define Notification Event and associate the event with the composed notification using Notification Override.
3. Submit any transaction for approval e.g. create a Voucher or Requisition or any process id.
4. Observe that the email notification is not sent.
