Symptoms
When going to Collection Workbench and then go to Action list and choose several actions : Review Customer Credit list , Dunning Letter Action, Refer to Collection Agency Action, Send Statement of Account- and clicking on Details button,
the following error is received :

The evaluator encountered an unexpected data type code
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Go to AR>Collection workbench and populate SETID, leave BU and Customer blank. Click Search. Action list is retrieved for user VP1.
- Click on Details button beside action for customer 1000- Review Customer Credit list. Customer information is populated into Customer WorkBench header and tabs.
- By default, the Items tab is opened. Click on Payments tab.
- The mentioned above error appears.
- The issue is present when clicking on Dunning Letter Action – details button, Refer to Collection Agency Action- details button, Send Statement of Account- details.
