HCM: The Sender Other Email Should Be Functional for All HR Notifications Starting with Image 34 (Doc ID 3011285.1)

Symptoms

From HR Notification Page using a Template with Sender Other and an Email Address, when email is received by the recipient, the Email Address is not the Sender Other Email Address. 
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 
1. Navigate to Peopletools > Workflow > Notifications >Generic Templates
2. Search for an Existing Template or Create Generic Template Definition 
3. Provide Sender with “Other” as option, enter desired email address and save.
4. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > HR Notifications
5. Create HR Notification using Template with Sender Other
6. Sender email Address is not used when email received.
