Symptoms

After HR Notification Announcement deleted, new hires receive the Announcement.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a HR Notification Delivery Method Announcement
    Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > HR Notification
2. Delete the HR Notification using Delete button
3. Then, hire a new employee
4.  Log in as the new employee and notice receives the Announcement notification.
