Symptoms

VAT Report Extract for Australian GST - Business Activity Statement - BAS (VATX0600) report gets generated for the wrong transaction date range.

For example, in the VAT Report Extract run control page, it is run for December 2020 (or any date), but the generated VATX0600 report always shows for September 2019.

Steps to replicate:

1.  Navigate to VAT and Intrastat > Value Added Tax > VAT Processes > Transaction Loader
2.  Navigate to VAT and Intrastat > Value Added Tax > VAT Processes > Process Report Extract
3.  VAT and Intrastat > Value Added Tax > VAT Reports > Return and Other Reports for December 2020.  The report gets generated for September 2019.
     Note:  To generate expected report. user needs to open  BIP Query Report Viewer to enter Process Instance and generate the report. (Reporting Tools > BI Publisher > BIP Query Report Viewer)
