Service Duration Calculation Is Incorrect on the Employment Data Page (Doc ID 3013050.1)

Symptoms

When the user attempts to terminate the employee, the service duration calculation in the employment data page is incorrect.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Add a Person
  2. Enter Biographical Details, Contact Information, and Organizational Relationships 
  3. Navigate to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
  4. Search Employee ID
  5. Add Termination Action Row
  6. Verify the Service Duration
