E-PIA: Configurable Search--the Last Row of Standard Search Results are Cut off Partially

Symptoms
When doing standard search on some transaction pages, the last row of the search result are cutoff partially and users are not able to select the row.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into PIA.
2. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Modify a Person.
3. Perform a keyword search by setting Keywords equal to ‘Pleasanton’.
4. Click List View button.
5. Scroll to the bottom of search results to observe the last row being cutoff and not fully displayed.
