Self Service Enrollment Verification RPT Includes Degrees From All Institution in Multi Institution Environment (Doc ID 3013711.1)

When user attempts to generate an Enrollment verification report from Student Self Service Center , it is printing the Degree earned from a different Institution.
When user attempts to use the 'Printer Friendly Version' link ,the report generated shows the navigation details to the page and the Environment information , date, time too.

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as a student who has enrollment at 2 institutions (one of which the student has graduated from)
Main Menu > Self Service > Student Center.
2. Open Self Service > Student Center > Request Enrollment Verification >
Choose the Academic Institution that the student has no graduated from
Select Include My Earned Degrees and
Press submit to create an enrollment verification.
3. Verify the degrees appear from all institutions, not just the Institution selected for Enrollment Verification.
