When employees select the Submit button on the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability page, the following error displays:

Field is Required: OPR_DEF_TBL_HR - BUSINESS_UNIT

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Personal Details tile > Disability tile.
     2. Employee completes the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability form.
     3. Employee selects the Submit button.
     4. Error displays on the page.
