Symptoms

Additional Goals cannot be added until click Done In Eperformance Current Documents

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Logged in as the Manager and go to current documents, Existing Goals displayed and Click add goal icon.
   Navigation : Manager Self Service > Team Performance > Current Documents
2. Enter Goal title and detail. Click Add to list.
3. Additional Goal Titles and Add to List can be performed until done button clicked.
