Symptoms

Price is zero and UOM is blank when "New Window" option is used in Requisition Page in the middle of requisition creation.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
         1. Navigate : eProcurement > Create Requisition
                  Enter details on the special request page
         Note : Do not Click Add
         2. Select New Window
         3. Navigate to any page
         4. Go back to Requisition page
                  Click Add
                  Click Cart
         5. Go to Checkout
                  UOM is bank
                  Price : 0
