HCM: Questions Related to HR Notification Feature When Recipients Defined Dynamic Based on Criteria (Doc ID 3014466.1)

For HR Notification feature, a recipient can be defined and can be dynamic based on criteria.

Question 1: Is it possible for this feature to send to each recipient at an individual level? For example, not to 10 recipients at once on the "To" but a separate email one at a time?

Question 2: Is it possible to pass variables to the template, like employee name to make it a more personalized message?

Question 3: After setting the Sender address (through the Other options) in Generic Template, the system keeps defaulting to the Default System email address
and the same when set to User in Generic Templates,  is there a missing configuration step?
