ELM: Using a Load Balancer, Class Web-based Training After Launch Some Buttons are Not Working

Symptoms
After upgrade to new infrastructure, when test SCORM 1.2 Content or Learner launches SCORM 1.2 Content, the content launches but the Menu navigation links, Go-Back five (5) Seconds button, and Fast-Forward 5 Seconds button are not functioning.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Classes > {search/select Class with SCORM 1.2 content loaded}
3. From the Learning Component page, click edit content, Manage Content button, click Test Content button
4. click the Launch link, notice that the content launches and opens as expected, however, if click Menu navigation links or Go-Back five (5) Seconds button or Fast-Forward 5 Seconds button do not function.
