E-CLOUD: Lift and Shift Provisioning on DBaaS Fails with Error InvalidParameter, cpuCoreCount cannot be null (Doc ID 3015458.1)

Symptoms

When performing a Lift and Shift to provision a new environment in Cloud Manager, the process fails when creating the database. 

The following error can be seen on the tf.err file:

InvalidParameter, cpuCoreCount cannot be null.
Please update the parameter(s) in the Terraform config as per error message cpuCoreCount cannot be null

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Cloud Manager > Click on Lift and Shift tile.
  2. Define the Topology and Template for Lift and Shift.
  3. Create the new environment.
