E-MCF: Using Microsoft Azure as the Oauth2 Provider and Office365 as the Email Server, when Getting Email Count in Sample Email Pages, Receives the Error "the Requested Resource could not be Found" in errorLog.html (Doc ID 3015478.1)

Symptoms

Using Microsoft Azure as the Oauth2 provider and Office365 as the email server, when getting email count in Sample Email Pages, receives the following error in errorLog.html.  

ERROR

The requested resource could not be found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into PIA.

2. Navigate to PeopleTools > MultiChannel Framework > Email > Sample Email Pages.

3. Fill in Username, Server, and IB Nodename.

3. In Read Headers, select MessageCount and Fetch.

4. Observe the error "Integration Gateway, External Connection Error.

5. Check errorLog.html in Integration Gateway and observe the above error.
