Symptoms

While using accessibility mode and navigating through the Update Employee Detail(Page) > Employee Data and User Defaults(Tabs), users are unable to access some fields as the screen reader jumps from one grouping to another.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enable Accessibility Mode on Log In
2. Navigate to Travel and Expenses > Manage Employee Information > Update Employee Detail
3. On the Employee Data Tab:
Tab order goes from Phone Number grouping Help to Home Address grouping
Phone Number grouping Help does not provide Help
Returns to Phone Number grouping after Mailing Address grouping
Speech output says Message Not Found for Phone Number Grouping
4. On the User Defaults Tab:
The first area accessed is the Expense Defaults grouping
The user is unable to access the Default Creation Method grouping
The user is unable to access the Receipt Defaults grouping
