E-NV: After Upgrade to Peopletools 8.60.xx Nvision Report Ends in Error With "Invalid Criteria: HDescr" in Message Log (Doc ID 3016037.1)

Symptoms

When running custom nVision report, the report ends in "Error" status with the message "Invalid Criteria: HDescr" in the displayed Message Log

The issue can be replicated at will by performing the following:

1. Log into Peopletools.
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > nVision > PS/nVision Schedule Request
3. Search for the Custom Report
4. Run the report and observe that it ends in "Error" status in the Process Monitor page with the message "Invalid Criteria: HDescr" in the Message Log
