Symptoms

The Process All Other Billing Methods (CA_BI_INTFC) process is not processing fixed price billing date events. The billing plan and events have proper statuses.

Error:

"No Billing Plans Processed" is seen in the Message log.


Replication Steps:

  1. Have a contract with a fixed contract line.
  2. Have a billing plan and event associated with the contract line with proper statuses.
  3. Go to Customer Contracts > Schedule and Process Billing > Process All Other Billing Methods, then run CA_BI_INTFC with the correct parameters.
  4. Notice the process is not processing the transactions, the Message log shows "No Billing Plans Processed".
