EPY: YEAR END -When Running Create W-2C Us/Territories for Multiple W2c Forms for Colorado Box 14PA Is Blank for All Employees After the First Employee Processed (Doc ID 3016162.1)

Symptoms

When running W-2c's via 'Create W-2C Us/Territories' for Colorado, Box 14PA(FAMLI) only the first employee in the batch is reflecting the original and corrected amount in the W2C PDF form.
The second and third employee, and any afterwards have a W-2c created, but it is blank for Box 14. If processing the W2c's individually all work fine.


Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Payroll for North America > U.S. Annual Processing > W-2 Adjustments > Create W-2c US/Territories
2. Adjust 14PA for more than one Employee
3. Navigate to Payroll for North America > U.S. Annual Processing > Create W-2 Data > View W-2/W-2c Forms
  - Review the employees and all looks good
4. Navigate to Payroll for North America > U.S. Annual Processing > W-2c Reporting > Create W-2c PDF Forms
  - Review the W-2c's created, only the first employee shows the 14PA values
  - All others have completely Blank W-2c

Changes

 Tax Update 23-C delivered Patch 34600451 which updated programs for W-2c and 24-A delivered Patch 35315276 which delivered Tax Form Definitions and Print Parameters.
