When Attempting to Cancel Student From Third Party Contract The Cancellation fails and Displays A Blank Error Message (Doc ID 3016183.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to cancel a student from a third party contract, the pop up error message box on the Assign Student Third party page, is coming up as a blank message box.
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Student Financials, Payment Plans, Third Party Contracts, Assign;
2. Enter the Contract Number;
3. Find the EMPLID to be cancelled;
4. Update student’s Status to Cancelled;
5. Click Post;
6. Error hyperlink is displayed;
7. Click on the Error hyperlink. No Message Set or Message Text is displayed. Message Number 1 is shown;
