EGL9.2: View File Attachment in Journal Entries Result to Error: 'Attachment Failed To Download. (18036,10014) File Not Found. (18036,10012)' After Moving from FTP to New File Server. (Doc ID 3016525.1)

Symptoms

Viewing Journal file attachments in Journal Entry works fine.  However, after attaching the file, and user goes to another page or component and then, goes back to view the attachment, it fails with an error.
This is noted when using FTP, then move to New File Server i.e. SFTP/URL.

Error/s:

Attachment failed to download. (18036,10014) File not found. (18036,10012)


Steps to replicate:

1.  Create a new journal in Create/Update Journal Entries page (General Ledger > Journals > Journal Entry > Create/Update Journal Entries)
2.  Populate journal header information.
3.  Click on 'Attachments' link and attach a file.
4.  Close Journal Entry Attachments window, and click Attachments link again to test view the file attached.
5.  Complete the journal lines details and save journal.
6.  Note that when Attachments link is clicked to view file, it opens fine.
7.  Go back to Journal Header tab, and click Update/Display button.
8.  Search with Business Unit, Journal Header Status = No Status and Entered By a user, then, click Search button.
9.  Open Journal and click Attachments link.   Error pops up.

Changes

Change from FTP to SFTP/URL server.  This is due to FTP being de-supported.
