E-Portal : Left Hand Navigation Disappears When Accessing Reports From Report Manager in a Tile - Navigation Collection

Symptoms
Left panel navigation is lost when accessing a CREF that was added to the Fluid navigation collection.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to MainMenu -> People Tools -> Portal -> Portal Utilities -> Manage Navigation Collections - Click on “Edit” next to the “Update Team Information”.
2. Add the “Report Manager” in the Navigation Collection.
3. Navigate to PeopleTools -> Portal -> Tile Wizard - Review and Publish.
4. Navigate to the tile “Manager Self Service” -> “Update Team Information” -> click on the “Report Manager”.
5. Click on the report generated, and the left panel navigation disappears.
6. Navigate to PeopleTools -> Portal > Structure and Content> Fluid Structure Content > Fluid Pages > Manager Self Service Click on “Edit” against “Update Team Information”.
Observe the Portal URL it contains the “&AJAXTransfer=Y” appended in the middle of the URL.
Changes
Upgrade to 8.60.
