Symptoms
If the chatbot is enabled and checks the schedule details of the requisition, the quantity and percentage become zero.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : Enterprise Components > Chatbot Configurations > Global Chatbot Configurations
Click Update of PSFT_CHAT_ASST
Override for PV_MOB_855_CMP (Requestor Bot)
2. Navigate : eProcurement > Create Requisition
Add items
Click Schedule Details of 3rd line item
Click Previous
Click Done
Click Submit
Issue : Receive an error
The quantity on line 1, schedule 1 (1) does not match the sum of distributed quantities (0). (10100,11)
Click Schedule Details of 1st line item
Note : Quantity and Percent are zero
