Symptoms
When posting a Budget Journal, user gets the error -- 'CF Value not at Tree Level' error. Drilling down further, error details indicate that Account is not in the tree at the correct level.
This is despite having the Account value used is at correct Tree - Tree Level.
Error/s:
'CF Value not at Tree Level.'
Steps to replicate:
1. Enter a Budget Journal for certain Chartfield values.
(Commitment Control > Budget Journals > Enter Budget Journals)
2. Post the Budget Journal.
