GP UK: After applying Bug 36073642, Scottish Tax Calculation is Incorrect For High Earners. (Doc ID 3018275.1)

Symptoms

After Bug 36073642 was applied, it was noted that the changes made have an impact on Scottish employees.
It has been observed that the Scottish Tax Calculator gives employees tax refunds for high earners.

Steps to replicate the issue: 

1. Apply Bug ID 36073642
2. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Taxes > Maintain Tax Data GBR > Maintain Tax Data GBR and calculate the Scottish taxes.
3. Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt> Absence and Payroll Processing> Calculate Absence and Payroll run the payroll and review the results.
4. Check the results and notice that Scottish tax calculation is giving employees tax refunds in W52 for high earners.
