Symptoms


The error message "Please enter a category" is displayed twice when the category code is empty on the special request page.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate :  eProcurement > Create Requisition 
2. Click Special Request page
3. Enter Item Description and Currency Code
4. Click Add to Cart
