Notifications Center Takes 15-20 Seconds to Load Search Results (Doc ID 3019948.1)

Symptoms

The Notifications Center page is taking longer than expected to load search results - between 15-20 seconds, instead of just a couple seconds. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in as the student and navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Notifications Center. 
  2. Note the response time as the page loads initially and/or after performing a search.
