After configuring Header Page Configuration and Header Component Setup for few TL components, only the Leave Comp Time page shows invalid placement of Return to Leave Balance link in the header.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Configure the Header Page Design. (Navigation: Setup HCM > Common Definitions > Header Page Design).
2. Configure the Header Component Setup for Leave Comp Time, Payable Time and Weekly Time Summary components. (Navigation: Setup HCM > Common Definitions > Header Component Setup).
3. Login as Manager and navigate to MSS > Team Time > Leave / Comp Time.
4. Select any employee. At this point, the header still looks fine with new header info + Return to Select Employee link.
5. Click any leave balance card (i.e. Sick Vacation). Note: Invalid placement of Return to Leave Balance link under Leave / Comp Time.
6. Go back and click on Payable Time. Select any employee. Note: Payable Time tile shows correct placement of Return to Leave Balance link as expected.
7. Go back and click on Weekly Time Summary. Select any employee. Note: Weekly Time Summary tile shows correct placement of Return to Leave Balance link as expected.
