Allow Any Term Checkbox Appearing For Checklist For Non STRM Functions On Checklist Setup Page (Doc ID 3020556.1)

Last updated on JULY 30, 2024

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When editing an existing Checklist and adding a new row the "Allow Any Term" checkbox is incorrectly displayed for non STRM functions.

It is expected the "Allow Any Term" checkbox will only appear when the Function is associated with a Term.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigation: Root > Set Up SACR > Common Definitions > Checklists > Checklist Table
  2. Bring up an existing checklist in Demo environment  and note that 'Allow Any Term' is not visible (which is correct). Note the Admin Function is not STRM.
  3. Click on ‘+’ to add a new Effective Dated row and the Allow Any Term checkbox appears even though Function is not STRM.
  4. Reload the page and Allow Any Term checkbox disappears.
  5. Display works correctly when the Admin Function is STRM.
