EPY: Employee Self Service is Not Reflecting W-4 Changes When Exempt Status is Selected (Doc ID 3021057.1)

When an employee is using the Updateable W-4 form and selects 'Exempt' from the dropdown in Step 4(c), the Employee confirmation copy of W-4 pdf is showing Step 4(c) as Not Applicable. 



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 

1. Login to Employee Self Service 
2. Navigate to Payroll > Tax Withholding 
3. Open the Federal Withholding Allowance Certificate
4. Select 'Exempt' from the drop-down list for Step 4(c). 
5. Submit changes 
6. The saved data still shows 'Not Applicable' for Step 4(c).
