Document Type Description Incorrect in List on Manager's Self Service Team Documents Page (Doc ID 3021299.1)

Separate effective-dated rows are entered on a Document Type for each performance year, with the year included in the Description. While the documents for those respective years each show the correct description, the Document Type list shown on the Manager's Team Documents page shows only the earlier year's Description although there are documents open for both years.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Add a new effective-dated row with a new Description on the Performance Document Type (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Specific > ePerformance > Document Structure > Document Types).
     2. Assign a Performance Document with the dates of the new row to an employee (Navigation: Manager Self-Service homepage > Team Performance tile > Administrative Tasks tile> Create Documents by Group).
     3. Navigate to Manager Self Service homepage > Team Performance tile > Team Documents to see that the Description from the earlier effective-dated row displays in the Document Type filter section.
