Symptoms


The problem happens when the approval email for payable time is sent from the wrong sender. The issue can be replicated with the following steps:

1.  Choosing "Other" with a single email address in the notification template. Go to People Tools > Workflow > Notifications > Generic Templates.
2.  Running Time and Labor > Process Time > Request Time Administration, which triggers an approval email.
3.  Checking the email to see that it's not going to the right person.
