E-PIA: Rich Text Editor is Not Displayed Under the Email Body Section of the Compose Notification Activity Guide Page (Doc ID 3021571.1)

Symptoms

 In the Compose Notification Activity Guide page, Rich Text Editor is not getting displayed under the email body section.

 This issue can be replicated using below steps:

 1. Navigate to Main Menu -> Enterprise Components -> Notification Composer -> Compose Notification.
 2. Click on "Add Notification" button that exists on the right hand side of the page.
 3. Provide Notification ID, Notification Description, Notification category (Activity Guide Composer) and Active Guide Category (pick any activity guide category)
 4. Click on the "Compose" button on the right hand side of the page.
 5. On the Compose Notification page, provide the Owner ID, PeopleTools Notification Name and Business Process. Click on the "Next" button.
 6. In the next step, type some Message Text and click on Next.
 7. At the bottom of the Email Content page, expand Email body section.
 Result : There won't be any Rich Text Editor window enabled
