Symptoms


A user receives the error when adding a new (second) Resource to a Project.
 

Error:

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member ActiveRowCount. (180,236) PC_PRL_SCHED.Activate PCPC:7774 Statement:99

The first operand of the dot operator is the NULL value, indicating the lack of any object value. As a consequence, the given method or property cannot be used.




Replication:
-----------------------
1. Main Menu > Project Costing > Project Definitions > Define Project General Information find existing project.
2. Scroll to the Bottom of the page and Select Resources.
3. Select the Add Resources button. If one resource exists already, user will get an error while adding one more, if no resource exists then add one and save the information.
4. Go back to the project general definition and again click on resources to add resources, user will get the error message.

 The issue was observed after upgrading to PUM 49.
