EEX 9.2: First Name, Last Name and Display Name Fields Are Blank When an Address is Updated on HCM and PERSON_BASIC_SYNC/FULLSYNC Integration Broker Message has Been Triggered

Symptoms
First Name, Last Name and Display Name are blanked out when an update is performed on the employee on the HR system and the message PERSON_BASIC_SYNC/FULLSYNC is triggered to update the Financial environment.
Replication Steps:
1. Make sure to set up the integration between the PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 and PeopleSoft HR 9.2 environment for the PERSON_BASIC_SYNC message.
2. On the FIN environment, on the installation overall options, make sure to have the "Display Preferred Name" selected. (SetUp Financials / Supply Chain - Install - Installation Options - Overall).
3. On the HR environment, login as an employee, update the address. (Employee Self Service - Personal Details)
4. On the HR environment, login as employee supervisor and approve the changes. (Employee Self Service - Approvals tile). This triggers the PERSON_BASIC_SYNC IB message to the FIN environment.
5. On the FIN environment, verify the employee at the below navigation and the name details are blank.

-- Travel and Expenses - Manage Employee Information - Update Employee Detail
