(Doc ID 3025015.1)
Last updated on MAY 27, 2024
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM ePerformance - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The following issues are noticed when ePerformance Automation for Cancellations and Transfers is activated for one Document Type from an organization.
=> The notifications sent when a manager is terminated are missing the employee names for which the documents are transferred.
This occurs when managers from different companies are terminated at the same time.
=> When the managers are terminated with a current date, the manager who gets the email notification gets the email without the name of the employees for which the documents are transferred.
=> When the managers are terminated with a date in the future, the manager from the company where the documents are not marked for transfer gets an email that documents are being transferred.
The employee's name is not in the notification.
There is no issue with the notification if the terminated managers are from the same company.
