Symptoms
Error When Attempting to Send Supplier Contracts Attachment for e-Signature.
When attempting to send supplier contract attachments for e-Signature with DocuSign. Getting the message:
"Cannot locate file (10420,336)"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Menu > Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Document Management.
Set Contract Style = Adhoc Document
Fill out any required fields.
Import Document
2. Upload a pdf file and done with import
3. Click on Add Attachment/Related Documents button
4. Click on Upload Additional Document Attachment Files at the top. Upload any document . Check the box for Allow Email/Dispatch. Click OK
5. Go to Prepare and Route for e-signature button
6. Fill out required fields. Click Attachments section and check the box for the file uploaded. Click on send
7. Getting the message: 'Cannot locate file (10420,336)'
8. Ok. Getting the message: 'Function GetFromAttToApp does not return a result. (180,69)'
