Symptoms
When submitting the questionnaire in Project Request, the following error is received:
Function PreviewApproval does not return a result
PC_PRQ_AWE.ApprovalAction. OnExecute Name: PreviewApproval PCPC: 1057 Statement: 32

Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Navigate to Home > Project Management > Project Request;
- Click Add a New Value button;
- Answer the Questionnaire, then click Next;
- Populate the required values on the steps, then click Save;
- Click Submit.
