Symptoms

Unable to successfully run Global Payroll Detail level COBOL trace after upgrading to PeopleTools 8.60.07.  Receive the following error:

 Object Code error : file 
@ '/apps/psoft/pt860/NP2DVLHR/ps_app_home/cblbin/GPPPLIST.gnt'
@ error code: 153, pc=0, call=1, seg=0
@ 153     Subscript out of range (in GPCVARS1.cbl, line 33)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Main Menu>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Absence and Payroll Processing>Calculate Absence and Payroll.
  2. Enter run control information and click "Debug and Tuning Options".
  3. In the COBOL parameters section, request "Detail" trace, enter desired information and click "OK"
  4. After clicking "Run" the process runs to no success with the above error in the log file.
