Symptoms
Users are unable to view the Search category content even after deploying the "EP_PROCURE_TO_PAY" search group. However, superusers are able to access the same.
Steps:
1. Open Homepage and click on global search drop down
2. See that no search category is shown.
3. Login using superuser and see that the categories are available.
