Fluid Delegation Revoke Of Multiple Transactions Sends Two Emails To Proxy (Doc ID 3027611.1)

Last updated on JUNE 09, 2024

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Human Resources - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The process of revoking multiple transactions through fluid delegation sends two emails to the proxy/approver. There's also an inconsistency in the "Transaction(s):" section, as it fails to list all selected transactions for revocation. Instead, it lists all transactions except one in the first email, while the last transaction is included in the second email.

The issue could be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Create Delegation request. Navigation:Employee Self Service > Delegations > Create Delegation Request.
  2. Select more than one transaction.
  3. Approve the request.
  4. Revoke Delegation request.
