Symptoms
PSQuery processes runs successfully even though a wrong output path is provided if the File type chosen are TXT or XLS. No errors, but this is incorrect behavior and causing confusion to the users. This occurs when running PSQuery processes with file path which does not exists or when wrong output path is provided.
ENVIRONMENT

PeopleTools: 8.60.07
Windows Server
Sample Replication
----------------
1. Log into PIA.
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Query > Schedule Query.
3. Select any delivered query.
4. Click Run.
5. Set Type = FILE and Format = TXT.
6. In the Output Destination field, enter any invalid folder.
7. Click OK and go to Process Monitor.
8. PSQUERY process runs to No Success.
9. Run the PSQUERY again, but this time, Set Type = FILE and Format = XLS.
10. PSQUERY process runs to Success.
