Clicking 'View Data For Other Students' Button Displays Blank Advising Notes Student Summary Page On PeopleTools 8.60.12 and Higher (Doc ID 3027768.1)

On Campus Solutions environments on PeopleTools 8.60.12 and higher, clicking the "View data for other students" button on the Advising Notes page transfers to a blank 'Advising Notes Student Summary' page.  Only the page title is displayed.  On environments at lower PeopleTools versions, the 'Advising Notes Student Summary' page is successfully displayed, with the appropriate search fields.  The Advising Notes Student Summary page should display regardless of the PeopleTools version.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Self Service > Advising Notes;
2. Click the 'View Data for other students' button;
3. The Advising Notes Student Summary page displays the page title only without search fields.Note the page takes awhile to display and only the header is displayed without student data.
