Symptoms
In Employee Self Service > My Profile > Talent Profile the Language Skills Such as "Reading Proficiency", "Speaking Proficiency", "Writing Proficiency" are not Populated.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Employee Self Service > My Profile > Talent Profile
2. Click on Qualifications on the left side menu
3. Click Language Skills.
