The Translations of the Grid Title From "Competency Awaiting Approval" Secondary Page Is Incorrect in Dutch and French Languages. (Doc ID 3028078.1)

Last updated on JUNE 16, 2024

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Human Resources - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Dutch and French translations of the Grid Title from "Competency Awaiting Approval" Secondary Page are not correct.

The descriptions are now:
* NL: Gewijzigd Competenties
* FR: Modifié Competences

The descriptions should be modified as follows:
* NL: Gewijzigde competenties
* FR: Compétences modifié(e)s

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Setup HCM > Product Related > Profile Management > Profiles > Profile Types and search for "PERSON" Profile Type
Click on "Content" tab > Section Competencies > Competencies. Make sure that "Approval Required" option is checked.
2. Log in as an employee and navigate to Talent Profile tile (Employee Self Service > My Profiles >Talent Profile)
3. Add a Competency and Submit for approval.
4. Log out, then login as Approver (in Dutch) and go to Personeelsmanagement > Profielbeheer > Profielen > Persoonsprofielen (Workforce development > Profile Management > Profiles > Person Profile).
5. Open the profile for the employee who uploaded the Competency.
6. Under "Fiatteringen" there should now be a link "x item(s) wacht(en) op fiattering ". Click on it
7. On the next page, the competency awaiting approval is shown, but the grid Title "Gewijzigd Competenties" is not translated well in Dutch and French languages (spelling mistake in both languages)

After that, do the same for French:
8. Log out, then log in as approver (in French) and go to Evolution du personnel > Gestion des profils > Profils > Profils personne physique
9. Under "Approbations" there should now be a link “x élément(s) en attente d'approbation”.
Click on it. The grid's title "Modifié Competences" is not correct.
